Lazfly

I wish I had seen the previous reviews because after parking at their premium self-park I agree completely. I was left waiting for a shuttle to get me after I parked my car in the freezing cold. I had to push the button at the gate twice to ask them to send a shuttle.



(I had made my reservation on the web and paid in advance.)



When the machine at the gate read my barcode as I was trying to exit it wanted me to insert my credit card to charge me 12 more CENTS after I had prepaid for 5 days of parking. I pushed the call button at the gate (again) to ask the girl to raise the gate. Instead she asked me to come across the road (at 1:45AM) to straighten it out - for 12 CENTS! Apparently the web site messed up the tax. Eventually one of the shuttle drivers came across the street to confirm that I had actually paid and the girl finally raised the gate. All of this drama took an extra 10 minutes at nearly 2:00 in the morning. I was NOT amused.



I would never, ever park with lazfly again. Not ever.
