Waited three weeks for an estimate on an addition. Finally emailed Ed and was accused of "low balling" them with what my budget was. How can I "low ball" anything if I'm not a contractor and don't know the price of things? It's their job to tell me what it will cost, that's why I asked for an estimate. They were recommended to me by a friend but this company definitely needs to develop customer relation skills. Not a good experience.
