Allen Burnett Contracting

Took my car to be painted and floor pans welded in on 1 October. Promised delivery date was to be 11 Dec and the cost $3500.00. I gave him $1000.00 down. On 11 December, car had not even been taken into the shop. Car was promised on 18 Dec. but still wasn't ready. Promised for 24 Dec ember. On 23 December Allen asked for full payment so he could get Christmas and pay his crew. I took $1500 0ver and he promised the car would be ready the next day. He asked that I bring the rest of the payment on 24 December and he then raised the price by another $350.00. I gave him the money and he promised that it would be finished that afternoon. When I went to pick the car up, he hadn't done a thing, wasn't at the shop. Guess what? I still do not have the car finished at this point (26 December 8:00 PM.
