Beware - do not use this company! We had Hunt do a siding job on our house in CT as well as some remodelling. It was the worst experience. All the siding had to be redone, even the siding manufacturer representative came out and said that the warranty was void because of the shoddy, incorrect way it was installed. This company sends very inexperienced workers out to do their jobs and they make many mistakes and leave a big mess. They put all our stuff in the garage out in the rain when they had to do work in there and left cigarette butts and trash everywhere in the yard. We had to pay all over again to have someone else do the siding as of course they did not return any of our money.



The remodeling they did has produced leaks, cracks, and the paint job was poorly done and had to be repainted by a professional. The skylights were improperly sealed and leak, and the roofing they did lacked proper ventilation so had to be ripped up and redone They installed stairs that were not up to code and then tried to fool the building inspector by putting a plank at the top of the stairs to mask the unevenness. These had to be redone as well. We spent over $90K on this work and have had to have most of it redone. A huge waste of money and much stress. Do yourself a favor and don't be fooled by their slick sales techniques. They will mess up your house and take your money. There are much better companies out there.
