Over all they did a great job grooming my dog. Problems come from the management. I called and asked how much they would charge to groom my 75lb Golden Retriever. I was told $40-$45 so I asked what time they had available. I was told to bring in my dog between 9:00-9:30am. My wife took my dog and was there just before 9:30 and nothing was said. I picked my dog up around one and the total bill was $60 when I asked why it was so much more they said there was a $5 late fee because my dog was not there on time which it was and that the dog had more hair then they thought it would so they charged me more. It's to bad they did this because they just lost what could have been a long time customer.
