Great service and Mike and Anthony were super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. I went in for some warranty work and they gave me a car to drive while my car was being fixed and when I picked my car up it was driving like new. I never had to wait more than five minutes at the dealership and they even walked me out to my car to make sure everything looked like it should. I couldn't be happier

I had seen a car that I was interested in on the dealership website so I went over to see it. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and helpful. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and got me set up with a salesman. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took me on a test drive for a used 2012 Sonic. I loved the car. After the test drive he helped me fill out the finance paperwork. I did have to wait for quite a bit of time while waiting for the finance process to be approved. I had recently been divorced and my credit score was really bad. Getting the financing approved was obviously the problem. Brian worked had to try to get me approved. I was hopeful that it would be approved but I knew that my credit was poor because of the divorce craziness. Finally a finance officer from New Sales came over and talked to me about getting a 2013 Sonic. I was astounded and never thought that I would qualify for a new car. She was able to get everything worked out for me. She got me financed and even got me a great rate and payment. I test drove the new Sonic and loved it as well. While all the paperwork was getting printed and signed my car was being washed and cleaned up nicely. After all the signing was completed Chris showed me around the car. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brandon stayed with me through the complete process. You have an awesome staff at Flow. I am so happy I come by to see what you had available.
