Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I recently had an oil change at this location. They put on the wrong plug and crush washer and then used a vice grip to tighten this incorrect part, resulting in oil leakage. I took the car to the dealership because the check oil light kept coming on so I thought I had an oil consumption issue. The dealership informed me of Valvoline's shoddy workmanship and took photos so that I could go back to Valvoline for reimbursement. I called the Valvoline manager, Robert Granberg. He told me that there was nothing he would do and that he would not reimburse me for the damage ($87.13.) He also would not give me the name of his manager or address for me to file a complaint. Luckily, everything is documented and I have the time to pursue this further. The shoddy workmanship at this station could lead to a lot more damage than what happened to my vehicle and you should know that they will not stand behind their service!
