I needed a full house water filtration system and contacted another company for a quote. That was a total waste of time. Ben Franklin was very informative and the technician Jeremy was well versed and knowledgeable about the equipment. He was very professional when it came to installation and answered all my questions and concerns. A Great Company.
Called Benjamin Franklin to change a WATER CLOSET KIT.
The kit cost $12.00 at Lowe's
Technician arrived and gave me 3 options:
1- Rebuild the water closet - $434.00 (remember- The kit costs $12.00)
2- Replace water closet - $535.00
3- Replace water closet with owner supplied - $259.00
Believe it. I have the estimate in writing!
I paid the $59.00 service fee and said good bye.

A toilet stopped working in my elderly mother's house on a Saturday. Randy came out and found the problem and said they'd be out on Tuesday to fix it. Next day NO toilets worked - Randy came right out and did a temp repair so she could use the toilets, and did the complete repair on Monday. Turns out it was an easier job than he predicted, and the bill was about $1500 less than the estimate. Randy's the man.
These guys are awesome. One call from them and they will try to fit your schedule to theirs and work something out the same day. It happened to me and they fixed my bathroom real good.
