Winter Garden Village Dental

This is seriously the worst dentist's office in all of Winter Garden, all they care about are selling, selling, selling and not actual patient care and service. I wish I could select 0 stars because of how bad my and my husband's experience with them was. They even told me that I have 2 cavities, when in fact, I did not have ANY--as confirmed by my new dentist! They also told my husband that novocain would be covered for his cleaning (the hygienist totally ripped his mouth apart for a yearly cleaning) when in fact it wasn't--we received a hefty bill for it and they basically lied to us. Also, with my cleaning, and mind you, I brush and floss every day, the hygienist was very rough, I bled everywhere and couldn't eat solid food for at least 2 hours (this has never happened to me in my 32 years on earth after leaving the dentist's office). I do not recommend anyone, not even my worst enemy, to go to this dentist's office--they will torture you with a cleaning and then rack up your bill for services that weren't performed or aren't covered (after they tell you they are) by your insurance--RUN!!

I have never had a bad experience at a dentist office till now. I went in for a root canal the place is nice the receptionist is rude! I had gone in on two seperate occasions to have one procedure done. The hygienist are like car sales people as long as ur spending money there happy. The dentist could not complete my root canal so they said I would be refunded. I was only refunded Hals the amount owed when I called to find out why I was hung up on. I was also told that the manager will not be there for three days and nobody was in charge to speak with! I went for a second opinion an had the root canal done at half the price winter garden dental quoted me! Horrible experience I would not reccomend this place to even my worst of enemies!!!

Why bother - no one answered, no machine, no nothing!!!!!!
