Parker & Knowles Gas Service

Called in that one of my two tanks was empty and the auto switch valve / regulator had failed to switch. Within twenty four hours a day ahead of schedule my tank was switched and a new valve / regulator had been installed. When asked about the cost the tech said that was their cost not mine. Incredibly good service and very friendly people to work with.

My parents have been using this company for years and we have always had great service. The drivers have always been very friendly and very helpful. The prices are also very good.

This is a great company and a pleasure to deal with. Not only do they have great prices, but their customer service is also incredible. They helped us out when we ran out of propane for our forklift, and we still had material outside with a storm brewing on a Friday afternoon. I knew I was asking the world when I called and asked for a refill ASAP, but the young lady we spoke with obliged our request. The driver arrived only 15 minutes later, saving our materials from getting drenched. Can't say "Thanks" enough.

this company is bad!!!!!!!! they made me scedual a apt to have my gas tanks filled a week in advanced and i called the day of and they told me i have to wait two more weeks!!!!!! this company does not stick to there word... They are rude and i would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!
