Why would someone own eight companies that operate in the same counties , do the same type of work , and bid against each other ?
Easy , by flooding the advertising media markets with adds from his different companies he is able to increase his estimate phone calls.
After a sales person meet with the customer the information is given to Raymond Applebaum who than sends the unsuspecting customer four or five bids from his other companies.
