        Overall

        worse experience ever: car was still dirty, owner and employee Dianne have no customer service skills at all. Dianne hang up the phone on me and when I went there to get my money back she told right on my face: "don't come back here"....no worries, I definitely won't be going there but I will tell everyone else too
