Don Dickel Wood Floors

We hired Don Dickel to refinish some of our home. We were told that certain problem areas would be fixed such as water damage and pet damage. Other than the pet damage, the rest is still on the floors. When we asked about this we were told that it was an issue with the installation of our hardwood. We left it at that since the floors looked ok. We later moved fridge and were upset that they told us they refinished it and it had not been touched. Then, we began to notice within a few months that the floors looked all warped like waves- where the edges have separated and the middle of the planks dipped in. This issue was NOT there prior to Don Dickel's work. The one area that looked warped originally was supposed to be fixed, but it was not.... We tried more than 5 times between calling and e-mails to contact Don Dickel. We were told we would receive a call but we have never received a call back nor has any of our letters been answered. Now instead of feeling proud of our newly refinished floors, we are embarrassed when company asks us what happened to our floors. It would be nice if they would at least give us the courtesy of responding with help with our concerns instead of ignoring us.
