        We have two small bedrooms that we ordered hardwood floors to be put in.First day the guys got half of one room done in 6hrs.Then told me they had to leave?2nd day all of a sudden installer tells me he broken the head of his hammer off into my air duct on the floor.Ofcorse he had no way of fishing it out and didn't have another.So he drove an hour to Lowes.By the time they got back it was very late.3rd day on 1st room installer tells me his gun jammed he couldn't finish the trim in the room4th day the2nd room they tell me there is a piece missing that goes under door. he asked if I would go pick up the piece aggravated IagreeLowes calls me on the cell tells me they don't have the piece in my color! Lowes proceeds to tell me I can pick up another color and that the installers can put it in. I get there and my Husband tells me that the installers said to Not get the piece that it's better to leave it off.you know what Lowe's did. They gave me 263.47 off thats all

        We got Lowe's to come out and put down hard wood flooring for us months ago ..They made so many mistakes and had to come back and fix them now 4 times...still it is not fixed the right way ..Yet we are still making the payments every month on time....I will never let Lowe's do anything for us in the flooring dept...I'm so mad ...I have called and called ,all I get from them is , Oh we are trying..It should have been done RIGHT the first time.!!! I will tell everyone I know how Lowe's has done us ..Very mad !!!..
