FIRST OF ALL ITS TIME FOR A MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT SHOWS CONCERN TO UNIT OWNERS, NOT ONE THAT JUST COLLECTS MONEY. RECENTLY THERE WAS BRICK WORK THAT WAS DONE TO ONE OF THE BUILDING, BECAUSE IT WAS FALLING DOWN FROM MISSING BRICK CLIPS. I HERE THE UNIT OWNER HAD TO NOTIFY THE OFFICE, FOR REPAIR OF THE WALL. NOT BAD IT ONLY TOOK TWO MONTHS TO REPAIR. THEY REPLACED THE BRICKS, I HAVE NEVER SEEN BRICK WORK LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. IT COMES ALONG WITH CRAP MAINTENANCE. ONE SECTION OF THE WALL LOOKS LIKE A OCEAN, WAVY. THE OTHER SECTIONS LOOK SO UNEVEN, IT LOOKS LIKE THEY USED (QUALITY 1ST COMPANIES). I HAVE LIVED HERE OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN A PLACE GET SO RUNNED DOWN IN MY LIFE. LAST SUMMER THEY DECIDED THEY NEEDED MORE MONEY FOR SNOW REMOVAL. WATCHING A BUNCH OF MORONS DRIVING AROUND ON BOBCATS, AND RAMMING INTO THE BELGEM BLOCK CURBS, WELL THEY MANAGED TO RUIN EVERY CURB IN THE PLACE. NEVERLESS CRACK THE CONCRETE SIDEWALKS. IF YOUR THINKING OF BUYING A CONDO AT WYNDMOOR DON'T!!! YOUR WASTING YOUR MONEY.
