        Some of the information on their website is incorrect or outdated.



        Cable is NOT optional. The lease states that you MUST pay for basic cable or be evicted, just as if you had not paid rent. This effectively raises the rent beyond the 30% of income specified by HUD.



        There used to be a bus, but they sold it and have no plans to replace it.



        Parking is not reserved. Only residents may park there, not visitors. They wrote the word "reserved" on each parking space.



        They are not required by HUD to comply with any local, state or federal laws, and they break those laws with abandon, as HUD allows them to do.



        They bully the tenants, and discriminate against disabled tenants.



        In fairness, I should point out that HUD allows them to do this, and these kinds of conditions are prevalent for HUD subsidized housing.
