Not Your Average Joe's

Let me start saying the food was good and loved their bread and dip but.....the service was poor. Once seated it took 10 minutes for someone to come by. We were finally attempted for drinks and it took almost another 10 to get our bread (which the server said would be right out) and drinks. Actually SOME drinks arrived and the bread arrived about 5 minutes later. While waiting for the bread, a table next to us was seated and they ( group of 10 or so) got their drinks and bread within minutes! Also, we were with two toddlers and received no color kit for them. The group of ten did! Ugh! Hate bad service. At least the food was good. (Not great).
The manager did pull through so were very thankful.
