        Overall

        Although very friendly and polite, they seem to be trained to give long excuses of why they are not accepting certain items. Which is completely unnecessary. I was told that my items were more geared to a mature working woman. Clearly he had my items mixed up with someone else, as I only submitted male workout gear! Pay attention and give my stuff back the way I gave it to you...FOLDED!
