Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Marv Johnson was out yesterday and did a great job. He
was so professional. Our problem required DJ to come and scope out the drain today and he too was extremely professional. I recommend both of these gentlemen and Roto-rooter for any plumbing issue. Now its the next day and DJ came again and brought Richard. They worked together and helped us identify our problem. Both were very professional. Again, they are great representatives of the company. Day 3 and DJ came and brought Josh Rivera with him. They both were exceptional and we were able to schedule a excavation. Would recommend both.

Henry came out and cleared a main sewer line clog. He did a great job - professional, clean, and courteous.

I called Royo Rooter today and they were able to send someone out very quickly. Our technician was very nice and did a fantastic job. He talked me through what he was doing and why and even shared suggestions for our family so we don’t have the same issue again.

They came out within 2 hours of call. They worked to clear 2 rain gutter pipes that fed to the street and were able to clear the pipes but found a crushed pipe. Josh and Edwin were great in explaining and showing the problem.

Our electric water heater wasn't working, so we called Roto-Rooter and scheduled an appointment. We appreciate that a dispatcher called back to notify the estimated arrival time.

The technicians, Dave and John M. (#2170), were very courteous and professional. They resolved the issue quickly and we discussed about replacing the heater. They were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We appreciate that they left us their contact info, so we could let them know if we had hot water a couple hours later, which we did. We highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them in the future if we have any problems.

I had 4 technicians Hank, Henry, Aaron, & Josh provide services for sewer line de-clogging and repair. Punctual, competent and professional.

Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and capable. Everything was on time and exactly as promised. I even took a nap while they were changing out the hot water heater!

Devon Houston is the best technician, and he provided prompt service for a flushing issue. He was able to do so while helping us save money, and we're very pleased with our toilet replacement. I would recommend Devon to anyone.

I had old pipes with tree roots that required escavation and total replacement. Aaron was amazing, he explained the process, answered all my questions and ensured everything was in working order before he left. Because of his work and the team, including Hank and David who were responsive and always polite and professional, I am so very happy with the services. From now on I’ll only use Roto Rooter for my plumbing needs!
