Quality Appliance Inc

Called Lowes with a problem with my dishwasher which I purchased from them and they set up an appointment with Quality Appliance in Vacaville for 2 days later. The day of my appointment no one showed up, so I called Quality to see when they would be here. NO ANSWER! Called Lowes service center and spoke with a very nice fellow. He called Quality while I was on hold and then said he spoke with a lady who he said was very sympathetic and said she would call me to set something up. SHE NEVER CALLED!! This has got to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They shouldn't even be in business! And Lowes should never recommend them to anyone.
