        We used Fifth Avenue Realty for the purchase of our Encino home. While the home we eventually purchased was in Encino, our agent, Nada, was knowledgeable about and showed us homes in Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Tarzana, and Woodland Hills. She was always available for us, was proactive about showing us houses (even ones that were not on the market yet), and was extremely helpful through the entire process. Once we settled on the home in Encino, Nada walked us through every step of the purchase process, facilitated inspections, and helped us with our loan. Needless to say, we were thrilled with the service and attention to detail and will be using Nada for all of our real estate needs going forward.
