Bi-County Solid Waste is a department that is a part of the government of Montgomery County Government in Tennessee. The department offers household hazardous waste disposal services. It operates a landfill and ensures compliance with federal and state government regulations. Bi-County Solid Waste operates refuse balers and administers a recycle program. The department also operates a construction and demolition landfill. It collects more than 1,200 tons of refuse materials on a monthly basis. Bi-County Solid Waste works in collaboration with the Montgomery County School System to provide several educational programs. The department accepts various materials, such as aluminum cans, cereal boxes and plastic products.
