Twin Oaks Orthodontics

The reviews here are opposite of the other sites. Is that a coincidence? I know Dr Wiley answers the phone and pretends to be the receptionist and she has also paid a company to remove her really bad reviews. The sad part is that her lack of professionalism over powers her work. I had braces years ago, teeth shifted and retainer didn't work anymore. She made a retainer that she used to straighten my teeth and now I have a working retainer, that's the good about her. The bad is she is rude and unprofessional. She doesn't like to be asked questions, she cuts you off and when you make her really mad she refuses treatment. It's not worth it because in the end you will have to go somewhere else anyway.

I have been to many dentist offices that end up being just a bunch of scammers but this one, I am sure to keep by my side.

Great first experience at Twin Oaks. I have been really thrilled with the professionalism, care and competence displayed by all the people here. They've really helped a lot of my fears about dental treatment.
