Established in 1965, Woodridge Public Library is located in Woodridge, Ill. The library houses more than 175,000 books, magazines, cassettes, CDs and DVDs. It offers books on a variety of subjects, such as literature, science, horror and romance. The library operates a children s department that conducts various programs, including story sessions, reading activities and special events. Woodridge Public Library s adults' department organizes book discussions, film festivals and author lectures. It provides various types of services, such as renewals, interlibrary loans, and computer and Internet access. The library also organizes computer classes for children and adults. Its 51,000-square-foot facility includes a computer lab and meeting room. Woodridge Public Library is a member of Reach Across Illinois Library System.
