So I was actually going just to see what they had because it is my first time even looking at Branded Vehicles. It was pretty busy that day but as I walked in I was Greeted by Val who seemed to be quite popular because he was talking to 3 groups of people. He asked if he could get me someone but I told him I would wait, and I tell you what it was well worth it. He sat down with me and listened to all I had to say and ask, then he answered all my questions that made me feel pretty confident about Branded. He pulled up 3 cars for me to drive and let me go on my own. Most places the salesman go with you. Once I had picked the car that was best suited for me the rest was smooth sailing. When I walked out of there I felt that I well taken care of by Val and the Finance Manager Nate. I would recommend that if your looking to get a great deal at the best prices come and see Val Castillo at AutoSource. He is the man with the Master Plan to make sure that your car buying experience is a lot of Fun! I would give Val and all the staff at AutoSource 10 if I could, cause they deserve every last one!

I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from the Auto Source in Woods Cross. The buying experience was ok, we purchased the car through Colby. They wrote up the contact wrong and we had to back and forth from the dealership to the bank. Within one week I had to replace the battery. I called Colby and told him what happened and he basically said that the cars sit on the lot and that tends to happen and thats why they don't guarantee batteries. I understand that but xxxx I had to pay over 100 bucks after owning the car for one week. So because of the above reason the buying experience was average and I wouldn't trust this dealership. Overall dissatisfied.
