This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL business i have ever delt with. My friends booked this company for a nigh out, having dinner reservations in newport the owner called 15 minuts before they were due to arrive and said they were going to be at least an hour late. Trying to reason with them we got three different stories from him, after the owner was rude telling us his employees are his "puppets" was the worst thing i have ever heard. Above all transportation out of canton saved us after arguing with the owner of LZ for almost an hour. I had a friend who also used them for a wedding in which she was 20 minuts late for the ceremony! If you have an important evening planned or anything where you are on a time limit please dont use this company!
