Dental Examination
The staff member that came and took my insurance card didn't remeber to give it back to me after she finished and I didn't remember to ask for my insurance card back, unfortate for me. She did however call me so I could drive back to the office to get my card. I wish the new patient process was a bit more efficient. The fronline staff didn't make me want to trust the team but the staff memeber that took me back "Chelsy" was amazing! She made sure to orient me to the office and surroundings, making me feel glad to be there and she was very personable:). Dr.Duckworth was professional and kind. He was resourceful and explained every part of my dental exam and options. Most of my visit was fabulous, I would just work on the organization of the frontline staff as they are the "first" and "last" impression a patient encounters.
