Total bate and switch. Says running a deal for $35.00. Made appt for $35 deal, told them I wanted lowlights. They said lowlights were part of the deal. Told them again when I went to my appt that I wanted the $35 deal and wanted lowlights and was told no problem. Both times were told lowlights were included in the $35 deal. Waited to tell me when it was done it was going to be $75. Told me only highlights are part of the deal, not lowlights. They didn't care that they told me lowlights were included when I made the appointment and then again "lowlights were included" right before starting my hair! Save your hair and your money, go somewhere else!
