        Don't go there! Took two purs...

        Don't go there! Took two purses in and they didn't do what I wanted either time. One, instead of making a short new strap that I asked for, the guy hammered the brass strap holder so that it completely broke apart the first time I used it. So an expensive purse is ruined completely. The second time, they didn't do what I asked either. Nothing productive got done at all. Two tries, two outs. Not giving them a chance for a third time!!!
