        Overall

        have medicare and got denied approval after they let me feel out half the paper work.. then the nurse in the back said they would not see me! I HAVE MEDICARE!!! and it was for mental health wth is wrong with this place

        This was the most discouraging attempt at getting an appointment that I've ever experienced. You cannot call and get an appt. you have to GO TO THEIR OFFICE AND GET A "NEW PATIENT PACKAGE" FILL IT OUT AND "BE APPROVED" BEFORE YOU CAN SEE ANYONE. LIKE A JOB INTERVIEW! All I wanted was the Nurse Practitioner to use their ear cleaning method on me...but AFTER Approval I would have to have a set-up appointment and then another appointment to actually get what I want to have done. CAN YOU SAY MONEY HUNGRY, NON-SERVICE & PATIENT ORIENTED. I don't need a Medical Dr. I have one...I just needed an ear cleaning. This Drs. Group needs a serious policy and attitude adjustment!
