Knights Inn

I had booked a room at this motel for State 2B Softball. I had up to May 24th to cancel my reservation with no charge. I canceled on May 20th when our girls lost out in District. I saw that I had a charge on my card on Saturday the 27th but under Knights Inn, which I had booked Yakima Valley Inn through Booking.com, so was very confused and had no other way to know the location of the hotel because it was in pending. I called and reported the fraud to the local Sheriff's Office. I have since found out that it was Yakima Valley Inn with a different name. I found this out because the charge posted. I have the cancellation confirmation that clearly states that I was not to be charged anything! I am beyond pissed right now. I am going to file fraud with my bank and continue with charges through the Sheriff's Office for theft. I tried calling the establishment to get this rectified and was told that there was nothing they could do.
