Yakima Dry Cleaners

I went in to the new Chalet Dry Cleaners on Summitview and dropped off a comforter and said that there is pet hair and we would like it removed and dry cleaned. They said no problem... they gave us a ticket for $29.81. Went to pick it up with the ticket for $29.81 and the bill was $40.95. I said what's going on? They said to remove the pet hair took a long time and the cost of two rollers, so we are charging you for it. I said, this ticket that I have shows the price you agreed upon when we dropped it off. Nope, they said that's our policy. Wow, never again will I frequent that establishment and I hope you will not either. They can charge what ever they want after agreeing on the original price. Shame, shame Chalet Dry Cleaners!
