Tire Warehouse

This is the worst site by far. They've overinflated my tires, given me attitude, made me wait for 20 minutes in the lobby while everyone in the garage was standing around talking. I do everything I can to avoid this place. It's too bad because the guys in Portland are top notch. This must be where the rejects go.

I dropped my car off for an oil change. Work got busy and I looked at the clock it was 5:58 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. I checked my phone and received no phone call or voicemail. I was at their business at 6:03 and the doors were locked and so was my car. Not only did they not call me to let me know it was done, they locked my car so I was stranded! I have taken both my vehicles to Tire Warehouse in Yarmouth many times so they know who I am, my name, mine and my husband's cells and my work number. I didn't receive a call from them. Not only that but when I called on Friday to pay and discuss my concern the associate Tyler was extremely rude! He said things like "I see how this is going so let me get your bill" and "Did you just hear what I said?!". I asked him to have a manager call me and now 6 days later, still no call from a manger. I even sent an email to corporate to tell them my experience and was sent an email to call them. 3 phone calls later and still no return phone call.

The worst customer service I have had in years. My car was not ready when they said it would be, My kids were heading to Rangeley and I wanted them to clear Height of Land before dark in order to avoid the moose on the roads, I brought the car in for a simple repair fora slow leak. I dropped it off at 10:15 am. There was one customer waiting for a car. I asked the Tire Warehouse employee how long would it take to repair the leak. I was told it would be less than 2 hours. I asked if it could be done in hour and a half, if possible, for the reason stated above. he said he would try and that they would call me when it was ready. I called after not hearing anything for three yours. The manager answered my call and proceeded to tell me that they were very busy and that I was told that they would fit me in as best they could but no promises. He also told me that to of his employees were at the desk and confirmed the conversation. Well, only one person was at the desk, the rest were in the work area and that was not what I was told, He then accused me of "changing my story" and was yelling at me.

Seriously?

I have had nothing but good experiences at Town Fare Tire in So Po. As time was of the essence, I thought that I would try The Tire Warehouse. Big mistake - and not one I will make again.
