Hanson's Window & Glass Replacement

I was called by the Hanson's to evaluate the saleability of a property they had recently installed windows on as the seller wanted to get a market analysis to sell. Upon conducting a walk thru of the property, the windows looked good as well as the exterior caulking and trim work around the frame. I ended up listing the house and selling it. The time of at least 1.5 years has lapsed and no complaints from the new homeowner.
