        Overall

        My grandmother lives in a lovely old, postwar building on the Bronx River and she recommended Gramatan Mngt. to me for our Coop building in Scarsdale. Gary and Mike M. and the team responded to our calls after a minor security issue and it was taken care of quickly. They are professionals and great to work with as property owners.
