The bakery s blondies look like brownies, except they are lighter brown. With its subtly sweet flavor and chunky texture, the Geyston Baker s blondies taste buttery. Blonides have the rich, chocolaty accents of chocolate chips and the gooey, moist interior of brownies. The bakery s profits support the community development work of the Greyston Foundation, a nonprofit that provieds housing, child care, health care and a computer learning center. In addition, the bakery actively recruits and hires employees that have had difficulties finding employment in the past.

        wedding cake for breakfast!!!!

        we had an early morning wedding at our house and ordered a 2 tier butter cream icing cake with chocolate cake, mocha mouse filling on the bottom layer, rasberry mouse on the top. The floral decorations were perfect,the simple Cornel Lace butter cream very elegant and the cake.....WOW!!!! Light, creamy and rich a perfect way to celebrate the start of a long sweet marriage. The champage toast was complete with this fantastic cake. I highly recommend that you contact Greystone Bakery and work with their knowledgable, polite staff. This cake was most definately more than a 5 star delight!
