A bottle of Port I bought at this store had a rotten cork and could not be opened. This is not a big deal; but when I tried to exchange the bottle, a manager (owner?) named Ali flatly and very rudely refused to accept it. He would have to throw it away, and that wouldn't be fair to him, he told me. I tried to explain that he would save the price of one bottle, but lose $150 to $250 I bring to his store every few weeks. That's when Ali became rude. I left the store with the useless bottle and a firm intention to never come back.
