        Disatisfied, Poor Customer Service

        Dicks Sporting Goods is Not Chicks.

        Chicks had great customer service and a very knowledgable staff, which Dicks does not.

        My first visit...When I found someone finally to wait on me they did not have what we wanted in stock and when I asked when would they be receiving a new shippment. The sales associate said maby a week or maby a month I don't know. You can check back later.



        I will miss Chicks Sporting Goods and will never trade at Dicks.
