Amspacher Tree Service

This provider is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We had an ice storm this winter and got an estimate for cleanup. The estimate was dated February 11, 2014. We agreed to the services when we received the estimate and was told it would take about a month to get to us. They delayed and delayed until multiple months had gone by and we finally had to call and give them an ultimatum that they either needed to get us done or we would find another tree service to do the job. They finally started our job on a Sunday with only two people then didn't show up for a week. We had to constantly nag them by phone to get anyone to show up at all. After they finally finished the job, on May 9, it had been almost three months from the date the estimate was provided!



To top things off, they sent us a bill with only 7 days to pay until a late fee would be assessed. I paid within the seven days, but on the seventh day, a bill arrived with the 10% late fee added. What a slap in the face after all that we had put up with from them. Bottom line, this is a terrible company run by some very inconsiderate and unprofessional people.

Really nice guy, reasonable price for small tree removal and stump grinding BUT had to call to find out when job would be done, took two trips to do, had to call a second time, equipment leaked something and killed a large area of grass which they refuse to acknowledge. Left 5 foot section of stump behind lying on ground had to clean up twigs, branches and leaves from yard and work area. Was insulted and yelled at by wife who was not present during work, when trying to discuss my costs to repair lawn. Would not recommend bad communication and customer service, job was anything but meticulous.
