Lester W Bentz Jr Inc

As a renter from Lester Bentz, I have found his property to be dirty, under-insulated, overheated and not well maintained. As a landlord he is fair, but discriminitory. I rented a one bedroom apartment at his Vern-Mar building, and he told me that my lease was going to be cut short because the other tenants did not like me very much. I am a young man and many of his tenants are older women, and as a young man I was "viewed with suspicion" by my neighbors, and so was asked (albeit politely) to leave.
