York Newspaper Company

After years and years of nothing but problems with home delivery I was buying the paper each day at a convenience store even after it increased to $0.75; however. now with the increase to $1.00 ( a jump of 33 1/3 %) I will no longer be purchasing any more. No business can make a price increase of 33 1/3% and still expect to have a marketable product. There are much better newspapers for less money.

What a nightmare. Papers only come sometimes. Phone service horrible. Ridiculous hoops to jump through to get to talk to an actual human being and then have hold time of "21 to 33 minutes". Canceling and thrilled to never have to deal with this punishment again.

I love getting the Sunday paper, but I have my concerns. We've been through 3 carriers within one year, and within that first year of service, the paper was missed at least once every other month; that's NOT good when you think that there are only 4 Sundays each month. I began my second subscription in April 2015, and we're into several carries (again) and the Sunday only paper has been missed 3 0r 4 times since April and it is now Dec. Not a good track record; I was a carrier from 1979 to 1987 when I was little and you NEVER missed a paper or you were out of a job.

What a joke. Don't waste your time trying to get a subscription Websites that aren't operational anymore. When you finally get the right one after being on hold for 20 minutes, it doesn't recognize your billing address even though it is right there or takes you back to the inoperational website. Not worth the money anyway. Sunday news just went up to $2.00; 3/4 of it is nothing but circulars, fliers, small coupons and not much of anything else. I would give this company a Zero if I could

I will just go to Rutters but IM out of $136... Mabe after church sunday, and a few prayers I will come home and the Sunday paper will be there and my prayers will be answered... hen

LOL I called today to say I didn't get mine, and they never sent one out, and this is to be a trial period. Guess, u know can't get the 1st paper go to show they are not going to be dependable.

I would love to receive and read my SUNDAY paper on SUNDAY NOT Monday! Anyone else.... ?

i love getting my sunday paper, however their billing systems sucks.

i signed up for the Daily Buzz offer Jan of 2011, 1 yr of sunday paper for $45, great deal. Paid in full, easy, simple, no hassle right? NOT!!

i have gotten a bill every few weeks & have had to call everytime to straighten this out. i've even talked with the manager(kelly). How hard is it to mark an account paid for a year & not bother your customer with missed papers & phone calls saying your account is due? As of today they owe me 3 wks credit for paper & i'm still waiting for the return call i was supposed to get last week!! if they weren't the only paper in town they'd be gone.
