They only get one star because they won't let you give zero. I was told they would text prior to the scheduled time. The text never came. When I called to ask if the appointment was changed they got defensive and insisted that they tried to text twice and were waiting at my residence for 30 minutes. Again no text messages were ever received. In the alleged 30 minutes they were waiting it never crossed their minds to attempt to call. When I attempted to ask if the appointment could be rescheduled they again became defensive and said that would be determined.
