Auntie Dee's Dog Treats & Daycare

We had just got a new 8wk old puppy and fell in love! I researched daycares and narrowed down my choices, one being Auntie Dees. Ken, the owner, was pleasant enough when I called. Before I could even think of any questions, he shoved the paper work in my face and told me there was only one spot left and I'd have to sign up and pay right now. When I asked to see the room in which my puppy would be in, he said I was not allowed. He explained all these perks like a puppy cam and large outdoor area, but they "aren't up and running yet". The only thing that convinced me to sign up was that I saw dogs leave and their owners seemed okay. I spoke with my vet, she recommended I hold off on doggy day care. I did not utilize ANY service from Auntie Dees, so I contacted Ken to refund my money. For 2 weeks he gave me the run around, saying he'd refund the money but had to wait for 'this and that' to go through. After contacting him daily to get the refund, he stopped answering my calls and texts.
