Mark Lavelle has been Suspended in the past for preperation of Legal Documents that included a False signature, improper notarizations, altered dates and ficticious case numbers that were never filed in Court. His Suspension was from the Supreme Court and the Mahoning County Bar Association. Please be carefull if you hire this Attorney. Of course he will blame it all on office help, someone else etc.
