We were there yesterday trying to purchase a tent trailer and we just want to say Mel was wonderful. He didn't put any pressure on us, he was so friendly and polite and just great to deal with. We went into this with an open mind and we told him from the get go that if we could get it to work out, GREAT, if we wouldn't, no big deal and he respected our decisions and never once made us feel guilty or like we were wasting his time when the stars didn't align and we ended up having to walk away. The reason the sale didn't work out was completely on our end, Mel and the staff here did everything they could to make it work for us. We will definitely give them our business when we are in a better position to buy in the future. Every staff member we encountered here was pleasant. We had a great experience here.
