Unbelievable CRUELTY! Their 4 beautiful, large Cuban Iguanas are housed in tiny glass cages. The cages are so small the Iguanas cannot even turn around or lay down. They have no food, water, fresh air, sunshine, sand, rocks, plants, etc. They only use them for breeding and remain on "display" every day and, despite what they say, never let them out. (Not once, in all the times I have visited the store did I see one outside it's cage. They only let Richard's pet Iguana out.) When asked about their very small enclosures, Mr. Gaiser said the animals feel more safe that way. Really? Mr. Gaiser, would you like to spend your entire life in a closet? If you're not going to sell them, then give them a better life with extra large enclosures and simulate their natural habitats.

Called to see if they carried pond liner glue or foam. The employee was very informative. Before he let me hang up, he asked if I'd give him a minute to make sure it was in stock. Later, in the store, we spoke to him again and he made some very sound suggestions and showed us some sale items that we would have missed.



Very enjoyable atmosphere.

I love going into this store their bird are out of their cages getting to explore and their animals are always in great condition.Their prices are actually lower then petsmart and petco! I love going here!
