I couldn't get Brian to come service my home for the life of me. After a week of phone tag and false promises I called another plumber that promptly helped me that day. If you do kpt wish to have failed appointments and be string along do not call Brian. He rather watch TV then make 200 on 2 hours...

I have been extremely pleased every time I have called Brian. He is courteous, professional, but best of all he communicates.
