The work environment is unbearable. Todd Biles walks throughout the warehouse calling employees names. He cusses at them calling them stupid and other names that is more on the racial side along with some names that are offensive like the other word used for female dog. Numerous employees go into work drunk with no reprimand and even more do drugs in the parking lot with no reprimand even though the supervisors and upper management know about it. When hats do not come out like planned for the customers permanent marker is used to correct the errors on the hats. So in all reality the clients are paying for messed up hats with stitching that is colored in by permanent marker. There are employees that has been there for 18 years that makes less money than employees that has been there for under a year. The company is greedy with no moral boundaries whatsoever. Quality of the hats is not very well.
