NTB-National Tire & Battery

I have been going to this shop since it was called Tire America and have always received fantastic service! They are always friendly and actually back up their warranties. I have strayed a couple times and always been sorry. I bought a couple tires at Walmart once thinking they would be the best deal but how wrong I was, they couldn't get them balanced even after several return visits and I actually had to go to NTB to finally get them balanced correctly, while I was there I had the other 2 tires replaced and get this! They were actually cheaper! Another time I almost bought a set of tires at a local shop at the recommendation of a friend of mine who said they do not charge installation, however before putting them on I remembered NTB has a low price guarantee so I called to see if they could beat the other shops price. Turns out their price, even after CHARGING for install was less than the other shop with the "FREE" install, on the same tire! Regardless I am going nowhere but NTB from now on, with the low price guarantee there should never be a reason to and so far it's never been an issue anyway. I even let them do my brakes!

I recently had 2 new tires put on my car and I choose NTB. I choose them because they had the cheapest tires at only 46.99 a tire instead of 80. The only catch is that after the tires are placed on your car and you recieve the bill you relize that you are being charged 37.98 to mount and balance them. If you do the math it is just better to go get name brand, good tires, when they are 75 a piece because no one else charges you to mount and balance your tires.
