Drunk driving accidents — Our firm is aggressive in its pursuit of justice on behalf of drivers and passengers who have been involved in accidents caused by people who were drinking and got behind the wheel.
Wrongful Death
When another person or party is responsible for the death of an individual, they can be held legally accountable for surviving family members’ financial and intangible losses. Pennsylvania law recognizes the many challenges surviving loved ones often face after the death of a spouse, parent, child, or loved one; the law allows you to file a wrongful death claim or lawsuit against the liable party and seek financial compensation for your damages. What’s more, a successful case can provide closure and a well-deserved sense of justice for families.
Traffic Violations
Drivers have the responsibility to drive safely and responsibly around people who are walking or riding bikes. A moment of distraction, speeding, or reckless driving can have catastrophic consequences.
Sex Crimes
We obtain patient records and have cases examined by a forensic nurse who can advise what standards of care were broken. Our investigation includes obtaining interviews and depositions from the victim, other residents, and staff members, as well as the criminal and employment history of implicated staffers and an analysis of similar abuse or neglect claims against the facility or administrators.
Assault
Murder
Homicide
In Pennsylvania, a wrongful death is one that is “caused by the wrongful act or neglect or unlawful violence or negligence of another.” A wrongful death lawsuit is a civil action, as opposed to a criminal case. Regardless of whether or not the person or party responsible for the death faces criminal homicide charges, and regardless of the outcome of criminal proceedings that do occur, they may be the subject of a civil wrongful death lawsuit if the plaintiff can prove that they were more likely than not to have caused the death.

My experience with LGKG was excellent. My attorney, Larry Kelly was a calming and confident presence during our workers compensation claim process. Larry is professional, efficient and personable. Larry worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it perfectly. He stood by every one of my requests and guided me through the entire process. His thorough research provided the pathway needed for victory. I am proud to be a LGKG client. I highly recommend LGKG’s services.
If you were injured on someone else’s property—whether it was a private home, a business, or even a public park—you could be entitled to financial compensation for your resulting medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other losses. Because these types of cases tend to be fairly complex, it is a good idea to consult an experienced and knowledgeable premises liability attorney, like those at Luxenberg Garbett Kelly & George, before filing your claim.
Property Damage
At LGKG, we work to ensure your medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage are covered. This includes issuing letters of protection to medical providers assuring that the bill will be paid if a settlement is collected. If necessary, we enlist medical experts, economists, vocational experts, and life care planners to assemble a comprehensive demand package covering all future needs.

Medical Malpractice
Every year, millions of Americans are injured or killed due to medical errors, negligence, and malpractice. In fact, numerous studies have found that medical malpractice is one of the leading causes of death in the United States, along with heart disease and cancer. Even something as seemingly “minor” as a missed diagnosis can have devastating, or deadly, consequences.
